1) PRICES.

The quoted rental prices for houses or apartments are for the duration of one week.

High season: The minimum stay is seven nights and arrival and departure must be on a Saturday.
Medium and low season: Your arrival and departure days may be on different days of the week and in some cases can be short stays.

 

The rental price includes the provision of serviced accommodation, maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools and gardens.
The rental price does not include the cost of cancellation insurance.
Any extra expenses, such as cleaning on departure, linens (sheets and towels), air conditioning or heating during winter, extra beds, cots, baby chairs, surcharge for pets, weekly linen changes, may or may not be included in the quoted price, depending on the accommodation.

However, any of these extra charges will be indicated in the contract booking voucher, with the exact amount payable.

Any extra services you require must be comminicated prior to your arrival to ensure they are provided on time.

2) CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

 
The rental reservation can be formalized in writing, by telephone, fax, or via the internet, but always must be signed by the end consumers.
You will receive a confirmation with a receipt. 3) PAYMENT.
The method of payment may be by bank transfer, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), money order or cash. Cheques or Travelers Cheques cannot be accepted.

1er Payment	On Confirmation of the Reservation	To be paid within 7 days on receiving confirmation.	40 %	€

Usually you will be asked to pay a deposit to our account within seven days, only on receipt of the deposit will we consider your booking to be definite, and forward the forms for your acceptance of general and special conditions.

 The balance should be paid depending on the contract conditions of each individual property. It is usual to request the entire amount of the booking to made at least sixty days before the start of the rental period, or a third final payment be made on collection of the keys, on cash. In the event of failure to meet the payment deadlines the reservation may be canceled automatically and without notice.

4) COLLECTION OF KEYS

Full details for the collection of keys at will be provided in you Reservation Confirmation letter.

5) ARRIVALS.

From 16.00h till 20.00h. If you arrive outside these hours, or on a bank holiday or a Sunday, please contact Villas Lloret to coordinate the delivery of keys and if possible advise us by telephone and email.

Lloret Villas will not be held responsible for any incidents arising if you are not present to collect the keys at the arranged times. In case of your arrival time being between 21.30 pm a 8.00 am or on a Sunday, there will be a surcharge of 30 euros. After 48 hours without any communication from the customer, we will consider the reservation canceled, with the impossibility of any return of fees paid.

6) DEPARTURES

Departures should be before 10.00 am in the morning, and the accomodation should be left in the same condition it was found, otherwise a charge will be made or the possibility of incurring a loss of deposit. See conditions.

7) CLOTHING: LINEN AND TOWELS.

Optional. It is advised you bring your own bed linen and towels. However it is possible to rent such items, but a charge will be made to cover laudry costs.

 

 
8) CAPACITY OF PERSONS.

The number of persons per housing should not exceed the capacity specified in the contract terms of your reservation. It is not permitted to bring extra people to stay at the accomodation during your stay, and niether is it permitted to change the identity of the alloted number of people, unless pre-arranged at the time of booking. (Extra bed-bono contract accepted). Villas Lloret has the right to cancel the reservation and take appropriate measures if the number of people in the property exceeds the pre-agreed capacity. Very important: Respect the neighbours at all times concerining noise levels.

 
9) YOUNG ADULTS.

Many landlords do not allow in their homes or apartments, groups of young adults under the age of twenty-five and of the same sex. If you are travelling in such a party, please be sure you have our written permission that we have agreed to the rental of the proplerty to your group of same sex young adults before you arrive. Very important: Respect the neighbours at all times concerining noise levels.

10) FINAL CLEANING.

It is customer's responsibility to leave the accommodation in the same condition that you found it.
If the property is not clean and in order an extra cleaning charge will be made, depending on each individual property. This will also relect the condition of crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils. Please be sure all rubbish is left in the nearby provided community trash containers.

 

11) SECURITY DEPOSIT - BOND.

We security deposit is required on every property. This deposit is used as security for the proper use, maintenance of furniture, fittings and conditions of arrival and departure. This amount will be paid by credit card on arrival and will not be debited from your account at any time except where conditions have not been met. The deposit will be refunded one week after your holiday by registered mail or check to your home address. See the accommodation conditions.

 
12) GAS.

The gas is reviewed and renewed every week. If you run out during your stay, please let Lloret de Mar Villas know, or you can renew the cylindar yourself at a local gas point, and the cost will be refunded to you at our office.

 
 
13) PETS.

If you plan to travel with a pet, you should inform Lloret Villas on making your reservation. Animals will not be permitted if prior consent has not been given by the property owner.

 

If possible a photo sent by e-mail can be helpful in obtaining consent from the owner of the accommodation requested.

An extra 45 euros security deposit will be charged to cover possible pet damage. Lloret Villas reserves the right to refuse admission to any pet we deem unsuitable.

 

14) BARBECUE.

At the end of your stay must leave the grill clean both internally and externally and leave their accessories in the right place. It is not permitted to start a fire in any other area for fire prevention reasons.

15) CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT.

Lloret Villas reserves the right to void or cancel the weekly rental vacation in case of reasonable doubt on the possibility of causing serious damage to a property. The breach of the terms of use will lead to the termination of the contract and loss of deposit. See conditions.

16) FORM AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

Except for possible clerical error, the information relating to the description of the accommodation is set in good faith on the basis of information supplied by the administrator or owner. We are very careful to provide an accurate description of the property. However we cannot be held liable for possible third party events that can cause changes affecting the accommodation or surroundings, such as noise, nearby constructions, power outages, or for any negligence or omission of services by third parties. The owner or administrator of the accommodation cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury (injury, illness, death, property damage or theft) suffered by the client or his companions, therefore all clients should take adequate steps to ensure their safety and that of their belongings. The use of the pool and other accommodation facilities run under the responsibility of the users.

17) ACCOMMODATION ALTERNATIVES

Lloret Villas reserves the right to substitute accommodation with a similar property in the case of overbooking or other unforseen events. In the case of a serious event that could effect safety, Villas Lloret can cancel prior to the arrival of the contract by refunding the total amount paid.

18) INSURANCE CANCELLATION.

Clients may contract a guarantee of cancellation at the time of booking, for a percentage of the booking amount. This will cover a possible cancellation due to an umforseeable event such as job layoff, accident, illness or death. In either case, the justification must be submitted by registered letter. The date of receipt thereof, shall determine the cancellation costs. If the client decides to shorten their stay for whatever reason, no refund will be made.

19) CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation rules are in compliance with the Department of Tourism.
- Retention of 100% fees in cancellations made within the last 7 days before due arrival.
- Retention of 50% on cancellations before the last 7 days before due arrival.

20) COMPLAINTS.

While every effort is made to ensure a you have a happy holiday, we are open to any complaints or suggestions that you send us and our aim is to give them a speedy and satisfactory resolution. We encourage you to report any incident immediately to Lloret de Mar Villas therefore giving us the opportunity to solve the problem at the earliest. Some deficiencies (operation of certain facilities for example) can only be detected after arriving so please check the proper functioning of appliances and report any incidents.
